Samsung introduces new monitors to the European market

Bratislava, February 5, 2015 – Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. presented at the European forum in Monaco new product range of its monitors and SMART Signage TVs. These cutting-edge solutions include the latest curved and Ultra High Definition (UHD) monitors, which represent advances in technology and design. They provide a great experience for both consumers and businesses.

Headed by models SE790C, SD590C a SE510C Samsung offers a complete package of advanced curved monitors. They are characterized by a modern, minimalist design. Along with these feature-packed monitors, Samsung is also building a UHD model UD970. This monitor stands out for its unrivaled accuracy in displaying realistic colors and detailed, so to speak, vivid display of content in high resolution.

Samsung also presents 55-inch SMART Signage TV RH55E second generation. Featuring a sleek design with enhanced image quality and a built-in Content Management System (CMS), the RH55E offers business customers the ability to enhance their offering through fully customizable notifications.

Curved monitors

The latest series of curved monitors will be the mainstay of the home or office. The curved monitor series includes the flagship 34-inch model SE790C, which is characterized by ultra-wide 21: 9 aspect ratio, and 27-inch models SD590C a SE510C.

The award-winning Samsung SE790C monitor has optimized curvature, Ultra Wide Quad HD resolution and an excellent contrast ratio. Integrating these benefits with productivity and entertainment-enhancing features makes the viewing experience distinctly different from flat screens or competing curved monitors. The SE790C recently received the "Samsung Curved Monitor Eye Comfort Verification Award" from TÜV Rheinland, a leading international certification organization, following a thorough performance evaluation and verification process. This verification process evaluated the monitor for color rendering and uniformity, wide viewing angle, and flicker-free operation.
