Google Maps iconUsers of Google Maps in the Czech Republic finally have a feature available that will be especially appreciated by young drivers. Maps app for Android it has been updated, and now users of the Czech Republic and several other countries have the opportunity to use the "Lane Guidance" function, thanks to which the GPS will tell you which lane you should enter in case you are approaching a bend. It would be difficult for a chauffeur with many years of experience to implement this function, since he knows the roads and traffic rules more or less by heart.

But if you're fresh out of driving school, this feature could help you avoid creating chaos at the intersection. However, it can also be useful if you've driven your car to Great Britain, where driving is basically in the opposite direction, so the function can help you turn onto Piccadilly Circus without breaking the traffic regulations there. Lane Guidance as part of Google Maps is also available for users in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Holland, Norway, Portugal, Sweden and Switzerland.
