microsoft-vs-samsungThe situation between Samsung and Microsoft has developed really interestingly. First, Microsoft accused Samsung because of patents and it seemed that it was preparing for a similar patent war as there was a few years ago with Apple. But in the end, history does not repeat itself, and the technology giants have entered into a collaboration that is stronger than ever. Or in other words, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

Samsung recently announced that the company plans to make Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, OneDrive and Skype applications available on its future tablets. A nice bonus for users is the prepaid 100GB storage in OneDrive. All the apps are supposed to be included in select tablets that will be released in the first half of the year, but so far we haven't seen any of them announced, unless we count the announcement Galaxy Tab A in Russia. However, the tablet is not a revolution (if we don't count the different aspect ratio of the display) and judging by Samsung's words, we should look for Office on some high-end models. However, not one of them came out, while we are waiting for the successors of TabPRO and NotePRO, as well as for Galaxy Note 10.1″ (2015 Edition).
