TabPRO_8.4_7To date, Samsung has not presented any of the expected high-end tablets, so speculation began that the company will limit its portfolio or simply cancel some models. However, this is not entirely true, as the Stanford Research Institute (SRI) has announced that it plans to begin production of a modified model Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 with corneal sensing technology, in this case known as Iris on the Move (IOM).

However, the institute goes on to refer to the tablet as a "new model" and adds that it will be unveiled at the ISC West 2015 conference, which takes place from April 15 to April 17, 2015. The corneal sensor tablet will be mainly for B2B purposes, as it does not appear that would ordinary users need such a level of protection. There will probably be a fingerprint sensor for us, but who knows. The main advantage of IOM technology is the speed with which the corneal sensor can recognize your eyes. The technology is already used in various work environments, for example at airports.
