Samsung makes a difference again, this time with monitors

Bratislava, April 2, 2015 – Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. expands its offer of curved monitors by five new models, dominated by a 29-inch monitor SE790C, 31,5-in SE590C and a 27-in SE591C. The new lineup concludes the monitor SE510C, namely two models with a diagonal of 23,5 inches or 27 inches.

Samsung's new curved monitors are equipped with a first-class by Vertical Alignment (VA) panel technology, which provides an optimal level of curvature, an excellent contrast ratio and significantly reduced backlight bleed. All this leads to increased image quality. High-performance screens of new monitors copy the natural curvature of the human eye. They provide a more perfect, smooth and comfortable experience, even in the dark environment of movies and games.

The SE590C offers users, like the SE790C, a best-in-class curved design with value 3000 R (radius of curvature 3000 mm). Along with SE591C and SE510C models with radius of curvature 4000 R, curved Samsung monitors ensure a distortion-free display with reduced glare and unrivaled comfort thanks to less eye strain.

Samsung's new curved monitors are equipped with advanced features that further enhance viewing comfort. Eye friendly mode offers reduced blue light technology, helping to reduce the harmful effects of blue light on the viewer's eyes. The associated eye fatigue, which occurs especially when watching the screen for a long time, is also less. It also protects the eyes anti-flicker function Samsung monitors, which usually happens with regular monitors. Thanks to this technology, customers can watch the display for much longer without feeling eye fatigue.

For a more captivating picture, higher display quality and better entertainment, the monitors create almost real images with deeper blacks, brighter whites and sharper colors. They achieve this through impressive static contrast ratio (ranging from 5000:1 for the SE590C model up to 3000:1 for most standard models) a high brightness (up to 350 cd/m2 in the case of SE590C and SE591C models).

The monitor conveys vivid colors and excellent image quality thanks to the brightness of the size 350 cd / m2 and takes the fun to the next level with two built-in 5W dual stereo speakers a patented sound drive.

• SE591C series – These monitors offer the same contrast ratio and brightness as the SE590C series. The 27-inch model ensures the best possible viewing experience. He creates 3D effect rendering through the radius of curvature 4000 R, which makes the screen appear larger than flat displays of a similar size. At the same time, it reduces eye fatigue.
