However, some users have encountered a nasty problem with the camera's LED flash. They claim that the flash will remain dim even when the smartphone is not in use, even when the mobile is completely turned off.
One customer, who is also facing this problem, commented that even after restarting the mobile several times and even turning it off, the flash was still dimly lit. He would also like to remove the battery to see if the flash stops lighting, but since v Galaxy This is not possible with the S6, as the battery is not replaceable (except for an authorized service), so he cannot confirm this. Since Samsung has not yet provided an official explanation for this error, it is not clear whether it is a hardware error or whether the problem can be fixed with a software update. One customer reached out to Samsung and was told that they are aware of the issue and are working hard on a fix, but have not confirmed when the update will likely be released. We can only hope that these faulty pieces will not reach Slovakia.
