Samsung GearThe release of the fourth generation Gear watch from Samsung is slowly but surely approaching, and the South Korean manufacturer has already decided to publish its SDK (Software Development Kit) for developers. In addition to the documentation and description of the watch, it also contains examples of some applications along with never-before-seen screenshots. Half a year after the release of the last smart watch, the official one finally arrives informace, from which you can read at least some of the upcoming news informace.

So it seems that the new watch, known as Samsung Gear A or Orbis, will come with a round body with a metal frame and bezel. The circular display will then be 1.18″ large and should have a resolution of 360 × 360 pixels. The pixel density should therefore be 305 ppi, in this respect it would surpass all Samsung watches released so far. As far as sensors are concerned, the watch should have an accelerometer, a gyroscope, a heart rate sensor, a pressure sensor and a magnetic sensor.

The mentioned bezel, as you can see in the screenshots below, will be used for zooming, scrolling and navigation in the system in general. At the same time, the volume can also be changed with it. Users will also have the option of connecting the watch to other devices using Bluetooth connectivity, which will then display notifications from the connected smartphone/tablet and will apparently also be able to receive calls.

That's all for now as far as information goes. However, due to the fact that the presentation of this watch is expected at the beginning of this fall/autumn, we can count on an onslaught of news about this revolutionary device in the coming months. You can see the first photos of the brand new watch right below this text.
