Samsung Gear LiveAlmost a year has passed since the moment when a new smart watch from Samsung, the Samsung Gear Live, was presented at the Google I/O conference. They differed to the greatest extent from all their predecessors in that they did not have the Tizen OS operating system produced by Samsung itself, but the "classic" Android Wear from Google. They thus became another Samsung device that was released as a Google exclusive, something similar had already happened before the Gear Live, e.g. Samsung Galaxy S4, which in the Google Play edition came with a completely clean Androidem without the TouchWiz superstructure.

But Gear Live seems to be coming to an end. Still, there's nothing to be surprised about, not only has this watch been stripped of a lot of features compared to other Gear from Samsung, including, for example, a camera or calls, but Samsung hasn't even paid any special attention to its promotion. Because of this, Gear Live did not become very popular, and in the end, it ended up being withdrawn from official sales on the Google Play Store. It is still possible to buy them from Amazon or bazaars, for example, but the best thing will be to wait for the upcoming fourth series of Samsung Gear, because the new watch will once again have Tizen OS and finally a round body. You can read more about this new product, also known as Samsung Gear A or Orbis, in the article here.
