How do you know that the new flagship of the largest smartphone manufacturer in the world is coming? Simply put, although no one really knows what it will look like yet, the internet is full of information about it and Samsung is no exception Galaxy Note 5, which will be the successor of last year Galaxy Note 4. Some time ago, the foreign portal SamMobile published the first informace about this upcoming device, but that was apparently only the first "batch", as the second one has just arrived and includes a statement from Samsung's own CEO, JK Shin, regarding the situation regarding Galaxy Note 5 also expressed.
So let's start with JK Shin's mentioned statement. He revealed no early release Galaxy Contrary to speculation, the Note 5 will not take place, so we will not see the news in the summer, so everything will be as it was in previous years. Unfortunately, he did not say more about the new phablet.
For that, the SamMobile portal and its sources revealed a little more. Project Zen, the expected successor to last year's Galaxy Note Edge, has been renamed Project Zero 2 and should not, unlike its predecessor, support the S Pen, so in the end it will be something like a larger Galaxy S6 edge. However, the name itself suggests that we should expect a lot of other innovations.
What a flagship in form Galaxy As for Note 5, its codename still remains Project Noble and it is assumed that Samsung will rebuild it, together with Project Zero 2, at the IFA 2015 fair. The hardware of the new flagship should then consist of a 2K or 4K Super AMOLED display, an octa-core processor Exynos 7422 and of course S Pen. Project Zero 2 i Galaxy The Note 5 should also come with premium Clear View and S View covers, and Samsung is also preparing a brand new cover called the Keyboard Cover, but not much is known about it yet.
