Bratislava, July 10, 2015 - Samsung Galaxy The S6 and S6 edge are equipped with Samsung's most advanced technologies. Thanks to a powerful processor and a display with an above-standard high with a resolution of 577 ppi they are made for first-class visual experiences. Watching movies or playing games will be even more enhanced with the latest virtual reality device Samsung Gear VR Innovator Edition with technology from Oculus. Slovak customers will be able to buy these special glasses intended for smartphones Galaxy S6 and S6 edge from mid-July for €249 including VAT.
Samsung Gear VR Innovator Edition provides higher processing power and graphics quality low pixelization and a wide 96° field of view. Watching high-definition movies, TV shows, VOD services and playing VR games takes on a whole new dimension. For watching 2D and 3D movies, Cinema, Multi-screen and Home theater modes are available. Technology Pass-Through it even activates the rear camera Galaxy S6 or S6 edge pre hybrid view of the surroundings even directly in VR applications.
More new improvements
Thanks to a 15% reduction in size, the Samsung Gear VR Innovator Edition more comfortable to wear. At the same time, the ergonomically adjusted straps provide a better distribution of the weight of the device. The glasses are also newly equipped lens anti-fog system. The internal fan ensures sufficient air circulation, so there is no need to wipe the glasses even after prolonged use.
Other news include call or message notification, so that users can be informed about what is happening in real life even while playing, and microUSB port. It is possible to connect either a charger to the port, a Galaxy S6 and S6 edge at the same time recharge, or all sorts of things motion controllers (gamepad), steering wheel or game weapons. Together with a wide range of multimedia content, including VR games, users can really experience virtual reality to the fullest. Optimized and localized virtual reality content from top creators is available for download via Oculus Store (only in English - same as menu and controls).
