Curved-UHD-U9000_FrontJust as the people who manage the release of different types of Samsung products are different, so are the strategies with which they attack the market. And it is the division of the South Korean company that is in charge of televisions that recently came up with a new strategy, which seems to be already bearing the first fruits and, as it seems, will continue to bear fruit for some time. Samsung decided instead of releasing several series of televisions of different price categories to go the way of quality and plans to continue doing so. According to WitsView statistics, the company's profit increased by a full 3,8 percent in the third quarter of this year, and Samsung therefore sold almost 11 million LCD televisions.

In particular, the South Korean manufacturer plans to continue releasing more premium models of televisions, i.e. those in the form of 55″ and 65″ UHD TVs, which we have seen quite a lot this year. The market with 30″ and 40″ obviously already seems disadvantageous for Samsung due to the level of competition, but competitor LG probably feels the same way, which, according to WitsView, has decided to take the same step. As it looks, it is really only a matter of time before Samsung fulfills its previously set goal and makes UHD TVs the standard, TVs of a similar type, even according to the mentioned results for the last quarter, are attracting more and more customers.
