Galaxy S6 Edge_Combination2_Black SapphireSamsung Galaxy The S6 is a great device and we can say that it is the best that the South Korean company has brought out in recent years. Despite the fact that this device is significantly more advanced compared to previous phones, it also has its own problems that may not please you. Such as a newly discovered bug, thanks to which hackers can start eavesdropping on your calls if users are connected to an infected station.

If by chance you happen to come within range of a fake transmitter with your mobile phone, then hackers could get the opportunity to listen to what you are currently talking about with the person on the other end of the mobile line. An error in the Shannon baseband chips, which are part of it, is used Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 edge and other devices. This causes the mobile phone to automatically connect to the nearest network without any further verification, which is why it can easily happen that the mobile phone connects where it shouldn't.

If you were to connect to such a network, the infected station will automatically overwrite the firmware of the baseband chip in the mobile phone, and it will then start redirecting calls through a proxy server, which records the calls and sends copies of them to hackers. Of course, everything happens without the user knowing about it, and users can thus become a victim of spying. Fortunately, the creators have not shared more details with the world because they don't want to endanger anyone. And besides, the chances that someone would want to spy on you are slim - unless you're a major politician, a multi-millionaire, or a mobster wanted by half the globe. The bug was discovered by a pair of researchers, Daniel Komaromy and Nico Golde.
