The Samsung Gear S2 watch received another big update in the last few days, which not only brought several bug fixes, but also brought several new functions, which watch owners will certainly appreciate. Moreover, it is a very pleasant surprise, since the software support of the watch looks much better than the software support of smartphones, where mobile owners have to wait several months to get the latest Android – if they get it. On the other hand, the watch has the Tizen system, which was developed directly by Samsung itself.
Well, what does the new update bring? This is an update with a size of not even 90MB and primarily brings three new applications – World time, RSS News a ESPN, in which you can get information from the current events of ongoing matches or from the archive. Finally there is a new one search option in the Contacts app, a new option to set screen off time and the watch will also notify you if it has been disconnected from the phone. Additionally, if you have unread notifications, a red circle will appear on the watch face. A bonus at the end is a collection of new dials from the Alessandro Mendini collection, who also designed a special collection of straps that are now on sale. And one more thing, you can now type emoticons directly using the keyboard.
