Alza.cz has been offering the Nový service for a month iPhone every year in which you get a new one every year iPhone for 990 CZK/month. It is similar to the American one iPhone Program upgrade.
The service is very successful, so Alza decided to offer smartphones with Androidem. It chose Samsung as its main partner, namely its flagship models S7 and S7 edge.
How does this service work?
You choose Samsung Galaxy S7 (color and version) and pay a monthly fee for as long as you own it. You must keep the phone for at least 6 months, then you can return it at any time. Every year you can take a new model. You can switch to a higher or lower model. Although the amount of the monthly fee varies for different models, the price remains constant as long as you have the phone.
How can the service be obtained?
Just apply to alza.cz/novysamsung. After processing the request, your new phone will be waiting at the store of your choice. Exchanging a phone for a newer model, returning it, or making a complaint is the same: you always write to Alza.cz and they will deliver a new mobile phone to the store, where you also hand in the old model.
You deal with everything related to this service only with Alza. You don't subscribe to any operator or installment company, and thus you don't pay any interest or hidden fees.
In the event of a malfunction, you will receive a new phone immediately
Samsungs rarely break. If this does happen, Alza will immediately replace your broken phone with a new one. All you have to do is report the malfunction via the website, so that Alza can deliver a new mobile phone of exactly the same type, capacity, memory and color to your store in time.
You are insured against breakage or theft
As mentioned above, the monthly fee covers insurance against phone theft and accidental breakage. In case of breakage, just report the situation to Alza, she will pick up the phone and arrange for a repair or straight exchange for a new model of the same type. The theft must be reported to the Police of the Czech Republic, which will then block the phone's IMEI.
