For some reason, keyboards from Samsung have more serious problems. This is mainly about using the keyboard in the factory email application. Errors were reported only by some owners of smartphones of the series Galaxy S. However, these issues only started appearing recently, so it is more than clear that this is more of a software bug that is related to the app itself from the Korean manufacturer.

However, there are also reports on the Internet that even the latest Samsung models have been affected by the errors Galaxy S6 and S7. Anyway, the issues only concern the legal and official email app. So if you use Gmail or another email application to check messages, you are relatively safe.

One of the series phone users Galaxy S wrote on the Internet:

Whenever I try to type the letter "s", all emails are automatically deleted from the application. Furthermore, some words spontaneously change to something completely different. It's like autocorrect, only more damaging. Functions such as "Autoreplace", "Autocaps", "Autospace" and "Autopunctuate" are automatically turned off while typing. I have already spoken to support several times, they even had remote access to my device. However, after resetting my keyboard settings, the problem didn't go away..

Some users claim that the problem only affects the Samsung keyboard. So if you switch to the Google keyboard or use SwiftKey, you should have no problem. We don't have more details about the error yet informace, the Korean company has not yet officially commented on the whole situation.
