A few weeks ago, Samsung published new security guidelines for all owners Galaxy Note7 in the Czech Republic with both original and replaced devices. Samsung strongly urges customers to stop using the mobile phone, back up their data and turn off the device.
Samsung Electronics has confirmed that it is working with all business partners across the region to introduce a replacement program where customers will be able to exchange their Galaxy Note7 for Galaxy S7, possibly Galaxy S7 edge. At the same time, customers will be able to use the payment of the difference amount for the purchase of another model, or get the full amount for the purchase returned Galaxy Note7. If they received e.g. VR glasses for the phone as part of the pre-order event, they will be kept as a thank you for the complications caused.
All informace information on how the exchange program will proceed will be available on the website www.samsung.cz.
To every owner Galaxy Note7 will be offered one of the options:
- Device replacement Galaxy Note7 for Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 edge with payment of the difference amount
- Payment of the full amount for the acquisition Galaxy Note7
