Samsung filed a new patent a few hours ago that reveals a USPTO-type flexible display structure. The design and technology suggests that it should be flexible and foldable displays, which Samsung could apply to its phones. These displays would also be unbreakable, so you wouldn't have to tame yourself so much at discos.
This invention actually consists of the first electrode layers, a dielectric elastrometer film, and a second electrode placed on the top or bottom of the flexible display. A voltage is then applied to both electrodes forming the first and second electrode layers. The flexible display panel is made of plastic material with excellent resistance and durable properties.
