According to a foreign news outlet, The Korea Herald, Samsung is considering using rival LG's batteries for an upcoming model Galaxy Notes.

The South Korean electronics giant is in talks with its arch-nemesis and it is more than likely that LG will supply Samsung with its LG Chem batteries. This is of course a future collaboration, so everything will start with the production of a new one Galaxy Note 8. The reason for this collaboration is very simple – Galaxy The Note 7 failed and Samsung needs to restore that model's reputation, or rather the Note 8, as quickly as possible. However, some reports claim that it's not so much due to exploding batteries as it is due to finances.

"The joint talks between the two companies are still not over, but it is very likely that the two manufacturers will slap each other.."

There was even a message on the Internet that a competing company should take care of the deliveries Apple, but that's more of a point blank shot.
