First, there is no offline mode for Spotify Premium subscribers. You can listen to music on a Wi-Fi or LTE connection as much as possible, but it is more difficult for owners of watches without LTE - they are out of luck without a Wi-Fi connection. Free users can transfer their Playlists, including artists and recent playlists, while Premium subscribers can only select specific songs. Still, the app has very interesting Gear features, such as skipping a playlist by rotating the front cover.
