Existing informace claims that the upcoming flagship, that is Galaxy S8, will be up to 20% more expensive than its predecessor S7. This report comes directly from the experts at investment bank Goldman Sachs.
The experts themselves think that Samsung will choose such a tactic that it will have to increase the price of the device itself. So if you want a new and beefed-up flagship for 2018, get ready to blow your wallet. We don't know the exact price yet, but we already know that it will be 15-20% more expensive than the current "es-seven".
This is a very confident move on Samsung's part, because they have to make a real cannon at this price. We should expect the new phone at the beginning of next year, at the MWC conference (April). Let's just hope you don't get an exploding paperweight for the extra charge.
