Already in June of last year, there were rumors that the American giant Google was preparing a completely new smart watch. However, there was only speculation about the arrival of the watch. Anyway, current product director Android Wear, Jeff Chang, stated that Google is working on a new wearable device.

Of course, he did not provide more information in the interview, but according to the foreign website The Verge, everything can be deduced very easily. The watch will have a more powerful and economical processor, as it will offer functions like Android Pay or Google Assistant. More precisely, it should be a Snapdragon 2100 chip.

Additionally, the watch will be launched with a new update Android Wear 2.0, already in January. Among other things, Google was helped with the development by other large companies that already have experience with the watch system - ASUS, Casio, Nixon, Samsung, Motorola and others.
