Just a few days ago, we informed you about the upcoming Samsung flagship model Galaxy S8 to Galaxy S8 Plus. There was speculation about a completely new display that would house a fingerprint reader. Everything will probably be completely different.
The foreign server @evleaks announced that the new Galaxy The S8 will offer a protective glass Gorilla Glass 5, which is rounded, just like the display of the phone itself. The model has a 5,8-inch Super AMOLED display panel with Quad HD resolution. The second version of the S8 Plus will then be equipped with a 6,2-inch display.
ForceTouch as it has Apple
The great news is that both versions of the "ace-eight" can recognize pressure force. So Samsung developed a technology similar to Apple's, i.e. Force Touch. We'll see how it works, but we definitely have something to look forward to.
Since Samsung decided to enlarge the display, which makes the phone almost bezel-less, we have to say goodbye to the home button. All the buttons will be moved to the display itself. But the question is, where will the fingerprint reader be placed? It looks like it will go to the back of the phone, next to the main camera. Illumination LED diode and laser focus is a matter of course.
The rear camera chip will then offer 12 MPx and optical stabilization with an aperture of f/1.7. The front camera then offers 8 MPx, which is absolutely sufficient for taking selfie photos.
Quite a bit of RAM
Galaxy The S8 and S8 Plus will apparently be powered by the new Exynos 8895. However, in the United States, a variant with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 will be available. However, the operating memory is very interesting. According to the information, it will offer "only" 4 GB, which is not enough when looking at the competition. The internal storage will offer a capacity of 64 GB with the possibility of expansion by microSD. If you're a music fan, step up. Galaxy The S8 and S8 Plus will have not only a USB-C port, but also a 3,5 mm jack connector.
The smaller variant will offer a battery with a capacity of 3 mAh, while the larger model will offer 000 mAh. Stereo speakers or resistance to water and dust is a matter of course. The performance should take place on March 3 in New York, prices will start at CZK 500.
