South Korea's Samsung has surely disappointed thousands of fans around the world as it released an official message announcing that the new flagship Galaxy The S8 will not be presented at the biggest technology conference Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017. On the other hand, the South Korean giant has another ace up its sleeve. Except that Samsung is likely to introduce Samsung at MWC Galaxy Tab S3, the first foldable phone could also be introduced.
This information was obtained by colleagues from the foreign news server ETNews, which added in its report that this will be the very first prototype that will be presented to the general public. The reaction of potential customers alone will help Samsung engineers gauge how the overall market might react to these products. Once the company receives the first responses, it can start developing these flexible phones and tablets again.
However, Samsung may not be the only company to show off its first flexible prototypes at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. There are rumors that several other competing companies, including LG and others, could decide to take this step.
