MWC 2017 (Mobile World Congress) is one of the largest consumer electronics fairs in the world. The South Korean company Samsung has its place of honor here and presents different products almost every year. It is certain that the expected flagship at this year's MWC Galaxy The S8 will not appear, which was confirmed by the company itself. So what will Samsung show up with?

Galaxy Tab S3

Most likely, a new powerful tablet with an operating system will be on the agenda Android (version 7.0 Nougat). Reports so far talk about a 9,7-inch Super AMOLED display with QXGA resolution, a Snapdragon 820 chipset, 4 gigabytes of RAM and a 12MP camera, while the selfie camera will have a 5MP lens. All this should be packed in a compact metal body with a thickness of 5,6 mm. It is not even ruled out that the tablet will come with an S Pen stylus.

Galaxy Tab Pro S2

It's been a while since Samsung made a tablet with an operating system Windows 10. The model should change it Galaxy TabPro S2, which will be a purebred successor to the previous one Galaxy TabPro S. The tablet/computer is likely to feature a 12-inch Super AMOLED display with Quad HD resolution and a 5GHz Intel Core i72007 3,1 (Kaby Lake) clocked inside the device. The processor will be equipped with 4 GB LPDDR3 RAM memory modules, 128 GB SSD storage and a pair of cameras - the 13 Mpx chip on the back of the device will be complemented by a 5 Mpx camera on the side of the display.

Just like in the case of Galaxy The Tab S3 and the TabPro S2 model could come with an S Pen stylus. In addition to a special pen, the tablet should also have a detachable keyboard with an integrated battery with a capacity of 5070 mAh. And finally, the tablet should come in two versions, with LTE combined with WiFi or only with the WiFi module alone.

Folding phone

We've heard a lot about Samsung's foldable phone. At first it seemed that the first mass-produced phone would appear before the end of 2016. Later, these speculations were swept off the table and new ones began to appear gradually informace, which announced that the first foldable phone will not appear until this year's Mobile Fair. Of course, Samsung has not confirmed anything yet, but it is very likely that even if the foldable phone does appear at the fair, Samsung will only show it to a select few behind closed doors. We are curious ourselves.

A short sample Galaxy S8

Although Samsung itself confirmed that the new flagship at MWC 2017 Galaxy The S8 will not appear, speculation is that the manufacturer could show off its gem with at least a short demonstration. The short spot doesn't tell us much, but it could bring some new information.

Sale start date Galaxy S8

We already know that Galaxy The S8 won't appear at MWC, but Samsung confirmed last week that it will officially reveal the launch date of its upcoming flagships during the conference Galaxy S8 & Galaxy S8+. Wild speculation is that the new smartphones will be unveiled at a special event in New York, as early as March 29. They should then start to be sold during April.

Samsung's press conference starts at 19:00 CET on February 26 in the building Palace of Congresses of Catalonia in Barcelona. We definitely have something to look forward to.
