To establish an encrypted connection, it is necessary to use two compatible phones that work with the same data encryption system. A unique solution used by the Tripleton E2 encrypted mobile phone is the use of a smart card card, in which there is an authentication code enabling both parties to be identified in a secure connection. Thanks to this, security works independently of the operator's network. The key is assigned completely anonymously, it is certified, and the SIM card self-destructs when scanning or other attempts to gain access are attempted. The call is authorized by exchanging authorization keys. Everything takes place with the most secure 2048-bit RSA type encryption. This is a protection that has not yet been breached, even with the help of state-of-the-art computers with enormous computing power.
Thanks to this authorization method, the popular "man in the middle" technique of GSM call interception, which consists of masquerading as a network operator's base, is completely eliminated. After authorization, the phone goes into audio transmission encryption mode, which uses a very strong AES encryption algorithm with a 256-bit key. This key is unique for each call - some of its parameters change even during the call. What's also important is that it only takes 1,5-7 seconds from pressing the button to starting a call, even if it's a call from the other side of the world. Battery life is enough for 4 hours of talk time and 180 hours of standby time. Thanks to the support of three GSM bands, the encrypted phone can be used anywhere in the world.
