Let's talk about it Galaxy They didn't write much about the S8, now it's time for the accessories. We are talking about a 5100mAh power bank and a special DeX docking station, which should turn the "es eight" into a "full-fledged" computer. How will it all work?
In the photo below, you can see a picture of the DeX docking station, into which the user will be able to connect a keyboard, mouse and subsequently a monitor. This will transform this set Galaxy S8 into the form of a computer running on the system Android. The astute will surely notice that the station resembles wireless chargers for Galaxy S7, on the sides there are two USB ports, an Ethernet port, HDMI for connecting a monitor and USB-C for connecting a phone, so Galaxy S8. The maximum output resolution is 4K at 30 fps.
Last but not least, it should be mentioned that the DeX Station will have active cooling, but we hope that Samsung has handled the waste heat well and that the active cooling will not be unnecessarily loud. The docking station is to be released on the market at a price of 150 euros (approximately 4 CZK). The only question mark hangs over the form of the desktop system's user interface.
The last photo of the Battery Pack appeared on the Internet. The power bank with the designation EB-PG950 is to be introduced together with the phones Galaxy S8 and offer a capacity of only 5100 mAh. There should also be a strap on the body for easier carrying and several LEDs to indicate the charge status. The power bank will support fast charging (15 W) and will be available in black and white. The price was set at 60 euros (approx. 1 CZK).
