Samsung's recently introduced flagship models, Galaxy S8 to Galaxy S8+, have a number of different security authentication elements – you can use a password, gesture, fingerprint, iris or your face. Unfortunately, the latter option is quite unreliable.

In the video below, you can see how easy it is to get into a phone that is secured only by the "print" of its owner's face. Just point the phone at the owner's photo, for example a photo from the Facebook social network, and you'll get to the device instantly. Samsung itself claims that this method of security is not as secure as, for example, fingerprint or iris security, so the face scan cannot be used for Samsung Pay payments either.

It should be noted that the author of the video tested the security of this method on one of the first firmwares, so it is possible that Samsung will remove these flaws before the launch of both phones.
