Over the past few days, comments from owners have appeared on the Internet Galaxy S8 from South Korea, according to which Samsung's new flagship model has a display problem. They claim that the display has a reddish tint. Samsung managed to respond immediately to the first complaints and according to the official statement, the displays are in perfect order. Phone owners can adjust the color temperature according to their own requirements in the settings.

One of the affected users already managed to respond to the official message, saying that the colors cannot be adjusted, as his display is in an "optimized state". The display therefore still has a slightly red tint. What is the solution? According to Samsung, you should go and claim the defective phone.

"The red tint may be due to the poor calibration that Samsung uses with AMOLED displays", was heard from the discussion.

In the vast majority of cases, the problem should be solved by manually calibrating the display, which you can find in the settings. Server SamMobile encountered the problem himself and they supposedly suppressed the red color in the mentioned setting. If the problems persist, Samsung could just release an update that would adjust the display to a "usable" color gamut.
