However, Samsung is already releasing a new Samsung Gear 360 (New) application, which comes with full support for the new version of the Gear 360. You can download the application download free from the Google Play Store and is compatible not only with the new Gear 360 (2017) camera, but also with the older version.
From its description, we also learn that it is only compatible with Galaxy S8, S8+, S7, S7 edge, Note5, S6 edge+, S6, S6 edge, A5 (2017) and A7 (2017). In order to use the live broadcast function, you need to have it installed on one of the supported devices Android Nougat. But the camera itself is compatible with newer iPhone models as well as with PCs and Macs.
