Galaxy The Note7 was one big nightmare for Samsung. Although it was originally an excellent device, botched battery production was Russian roulette for their owners – battery explosions were the order of the day. The manufacturer recalled its phones after discovering that there were defective batteries inside the device in all sorts of ways, from a recall with the assurance of a refund of the purchase price to updates that prevented the phone from charging.

It is therefore logical that Samsung does not want to go down the same path again, and that is why it has introduced the so-called eight-point battery control, which is supposed to increase the quality and safety of products. New flagship models Galaxy S8 to Galaxy The S8+ undertakes this procedure, and the company itself says that it wants to provide its customers with the most secure device possible. New phones go through rigorous charging and discharging tests, and Samsung has also increased scrutiny of its component suppliers.

The company wants to be transparent in this regard and has therefore created a video in which you can see, among other things, a special analytical center for checking batteries, which will be shared with its customers. In addition, it is also intended to help various external agencies and experts, helping them with battery testing and improving their procedures. Samsung is trying to increase the slightly damaged trust in its products with similar videos.
