A few days ago we you informed about the second problem that some new owners have started to complain about Galaxy S8 to Galaxy S8+. Their brand new smartphone had problems with fast wireless charging, when the phone repeatedly stopped charging on the original Samsung charger.

However, the Czech representation of Samsung has now sent us an official statement on the mentioned problem:

“Based on our initial investigation, this was an individual case where a non-genuine wireless charger was used. Galaxy The S8 and S8+ are compatible with all wireless chargers released since 2015 and manufactured or approved by Samsung. To ensure that the wireless charger will work properly, we strongly recommend that consumers use only Samsung-approved chargers with our products.”

We also asked you, our readers, about the problem in the article, and several of you responded to the discussion that with your new Galaxy With the S8 and a wireless charger that supports fast charging, you don't have the slightest problem. This confirms that the problem is really only affecting a handful of users. Samsung should be able to fix the problem only through a software update.
