No phone, not even the best phone in the world, is perfect, and there is always a need to fine-tune the last bugs that were not found during testing shortly after the start of sales. Galaxy The S8 is no exception. First we had here reddish display, which already company repairs updates. Then he appeared wireless charging problem, to which expressed to us and the Czech representation of Samsung. And now we have the third, perhaps the last, problem that some owners of the new product began to complain about at the beginning of this week - the phone restarting on its own.

Owners of "es-eights" complain about the problem with restarting directly on official Samsung forum and then on XDA Developers forum. Some report that their device restarts several times a day and even every half hour. On the other hand, other users claim that the problem occurred when using common applications such as the camera or Samsung Themes, the application freezes, a black screen suddenly appears, and then the device restarts.

Users who rushed to help the owners of restarting phones in the discussions say that the problem could be with the microSD card. A temporary solution is to remove the card from the phone. Others, on the contrary, believe that the Always-On Display or power saving mode could be causing the problem. The processor from Qualcomm could also pose a certain problem, because owners of models from the United States that are equipped with the Snapdragon 835 complain about spontaneous restarts, while other (including European) models have the Exynos 8895 processor from Samsung.

And how are you doing? It restarted on its own Galaxy S8 or haven't encountered this problem yet? Share with us in the comments below.
