Immediately after the start of sales of smartphones Galaxy S8 and S8+ complaints started to appear on the Internet from users who solved problems with a reddish display. Samsung has already fixed this problem with a software update, but it seems that not all problems are over. Now, several owners of the "es eights" have commented on the official Samsung forum that they are having problems with the sound. Whether it's watching videos on YouTube, playing games or listening to music, the sound from the phone is often morse code, i.e. interrupted.

"Every time I try to watch a video on YouTube or Twitter, the sound is interrupted or delayed by 2 seconds", wrote one of the owners Galaxy S8. "There is no problem with headphones. But I have to keep restarting my phone. The phone is amazing but this bug is really annoying. Is there a solution?”, he continued.

Although at first the moderator of Samsung's official forum thought that this was a feature of the phone connected to the arrival of notifications, where the phone simply mutes the sound when a notification arrives, other users who are also affected by the problem led him to be mistaken. It is most likely a hardware or software issue.

Samsung has already managed to officially comment on the problem. According to the manufacturer, this is a software bug and affected customers should contact customer support for advice on how to wipe the phone's cache or hard reset the entire device.

On the other hand, some owners Galaxy S8 claims that the problems are more of a hardware nature. They say that you only need to shake the phone a lot and the sound is fine again for a while, which could mean that there is a cold connection or a loose contact in the phone.
