Although Samsung did not directly say what the "new" model would be called, it was assumed that it would bear the name Galaxy Note 7R. However, the reality will probably be different.
Samsung does not like the letter "R" in the name, because it can have a negative effect on the customers themselves - "R" evokes the word "refurbished", which means "refurbished" in English. Already in the actual leaked images, we could see the engraved letter "R" on the phone, which was the distinguishing feature of both phones.
So what will the news be called? According to new information from South Korea, it should be Galaxy Note7 renamed to Galaxy Note FE. "FE" in this case is supposed to stand for "Fan Edition", which loosely translates to "fan edition".
Again, we remind you that all other parameters except the battery size should remain unchanged. At the same time, we emphasize that the name may still change. Samsung has not yet officially denied or confirmed anything.
