Foreign technology servers have been spreading for quite a few months now informacethat be Apple or Samsung will introduce a smartphone that will be the first to have a built-in fingerprint reader in the display. Samsung already introduced in March Galaxy The S8 was supposed to boast this technology, but as we know, the South Koreans failed to get the sensor in such a form that it was usable. So, it was expected that Samsung will be able to finish the technology by the time it arrives Galaxy Note 8, which should be shown at the end of the summer, but even that will not offer a reader under the display, as the company did not manage to solve the problem with the backlight of the panel.

The entire technological world thus assumes that it will hurry up with its solution Apple in September with your new iPhone. Although the American giant reportedly still has a problem with the reader, its presence in the upcoming iPhone is not yet ruled out. But according to new indications, it looks like neither Apple will not be the first to arrive on the market with a sensor in the display. South Koreans and Americans will probably soon take the triumph from the Chinese, specifically the lesser-known brand Vivo, which is to show the world its phone with a revolutionary new product at MWC2017 in Shanghai starting next week on Tuesday, June 26.

About a week ago, a video of a Vivo smartphone appeared on the Chinese social network Weibo, where the author of the video allegedly unlocked the phone by placing a fingerprint on the display. But nobody attached too much importance to the video, because unlocking through the display was very easy to fake.

But now the fact that Vivo will really present a phone with revolutionary technology is indicated by other indications. The company itself published an invitation to its conference held as part of the Shanghai MWC 2017, where a print passing through the display is clearly depicted in the background, and everything is underlined by the slogan "Unlock the future".

Similarly, Vivo is enticing its fans on Twitter, where it has published a post about the invite, in which it says in translation that they are excited to introduce the new solution in just a few days at the MWC 2017 in Shanghai. "Let's unlock the future together," he invites in the end.

Interestingly, however, this is not the first time that Vivo is trying to overtake the competition. For example, in 2013, it introduced the first phone with a 2K display, which had a resolution of 2560×1440 and a fineness of 490ppi. With its Xplay5 smartphone, Vivo then became the first manufacturer to offer 6 GB of RAM in a phone. It is therefore quite obvious that even in the case of a fingerprint sensor integrated in the display, Vivo will want to be the first. However, the question remains how reliable the technology will be.
