That is why the company launched a unique customer service Samsung Live Assistant, which combines a modern online environment and a personal approach simulating a face-to-face meeting.

"Our goal is to provide customers with premium service, advice and a unique experience with a professional advisor within the framework of a non-traditional interactive video chat. Currently, no one offers a similar service within the Czech and Slovak Republics in the field of consumer electronics. At the same time, we are also the first in Europe to launch a pilot operation of a similar service," explains Jan Procházka, head of customer care at Samsung.

The main difference from classic customer care is the visual and interactive experience. Live Assistant combines the advantages of the online world and face-to-face meetings. The service is available from all devices connected to the Internet. "The customer only needs a regular computer or tablet/phone - a device with an Internet connection capable of a regular video call, i.e. with a microphone and ideally also a camera. The interaction with the objects (products, forms, control elements) on the part of the client is again carried out in the traditional form typical of the device used – mouse, touch screen, keyboard. adds Jan Procházka.

Through the Samsung Live Assistant, the customer can get advice on setting up and installing their device, choosing and purchasing suitable branded accessories or arranging for any service. Advisors are ready to advise customers on the selection of products and, if interested, to purchase them directly. The entire product portfolio is available to the same extent and under the same conditions as the official one Samsung e-shop.

Also unique is the option of selecting an advisor according to your likes and personal preferences even before the start of the call. If the advisor is not available, it is possible to book an appointment online at a time that suits the customer best.
