The assistant can recognize natural language, so users can use ordinary speech as voice commands. Samsung let it be known that everything that can be done on the phone by touch, can also be done through Bixby. In addition to all the native applications preinstalled on the Galaxy The S8 and S8+ also support Bixby for some third-party applications, such as Facebook, Google Maps, Google Play Music or even YouTube. But the list definitely doesn't end there, the South Korean giant is still trying to work with other developers to add Bixby support to their apps.

Bixby was introduced back in March together with Galaxy S8 and S8+. Originally, it was expected that he would be able to speak English from the very start of sales of the phone. However, Samsung engineers had problems with English-speaking Bixby, so its premiere had to be postponed. Shortly after the start of sales, Bixby learned Korean, and now English support has been added. According to information, other languages should follow by the end of the year.
