Samsung and Live Nation will stream Coldplay's 'A Head Full of Dreams Tour' live concert in virtual reality from Chicago's Soldier Field for the first time ever.

Fans from all over the world will be transported to the best seats in the stadium to experience the band's electrifying performance from a completely new, immersive perspective. Live streaming will be available on devices Samsung Gear VR on the Oculus platform through Samsung. It will also be possible to watch the broadcast in the Czech Republic, both live from 3:30 morning 18. August, then for a limited time from the recording.

Gear VR users in more than 50 countries around the world will be able to experience the magical performance of Coldplay, including pyrotechnic effects, a laser show and a phenomenal set list, at no additional cost. To connect, customers need a Gear VR headset with a compatible smartphone to connect to the Samsung VR service.

Produced by Live Nation, Coldplay's "A Head Full Of Dreams Tour" is the fifth best-selling tour of all time, according to Billboard Boxscore, which is based on ticket sales. Since the first concert in March 2016, the "A Head Full of Dreams Tour" has seen more than 5 million visitors.

A Head Full of Dreams is also the title of Coldplay's seventh album, released after the album ghost story, 2014 GRAMMY® Award nominee.
