The South Korean giant has apologized countless times for last year's affair and offered several discounts to customers to compensate them for the bad phone experience. Now he is apologizing again and probably for the last time, but at the same time he is thanking all fans of the Note series for their loyalty.
Yesterday, the company published a video in which it summarizes the stories of different users, how they started with Note phones, how they fell in love with them and how they used them to the fullest. But she didn't even forget to mention that she disappointed her customers, namely with last year's Note7. It even included several videos and tweets in the video where users complained about the unsafe phone and clearly expressed their disappointment at having to return it.
However, fans still remain loyal to the Note series. They stayed with the older model for the time being, they were hoping for a refurbished model that actually arrived on the market, even if only the Asian one, and they were eagerly awaiting the premiere of the Note8, which they finally got last week.
