Samsung introduced a special service service My QLED TV, which brings completely free import and installation, first-class service and the Live Assistant online assistance service to owners of the premium QLED TV series.

Free professional shipping and installation

When you buy a QLED TV in a branded Samsung store or on the official e-shop, you can order its free installation via the seller or the My QLED infoline (800 24 24 77). The technician will agree an installation time with the new owner, pick up the TV from the dealer, deliver it to the given address and install it in the chosen location (wall, table, stand...). Subsequently, the technician connects the QLED TV, installs everything necessary according to the preferences of the new owner and shows him how to control the TV itself. If interested, the technician will take the old TV to ecological disposal.

Repair within 48 hours or replacement TV

With the Moje QLED TV premium service, there is no need for the complicated transport of the TV to the service center and the long wait for the repair to be completed. The owner of a QLED TV that was purchased in the Czech Republic and Slovakia can take advantage of the option when a Samsung technician will come to repair the QLED TV directly at his home. In the event that the repair cannot be carried out directly on site and should take more than 48 hours, the owner will be provided with a replacement QLED TV free of charge for the duration of the repair.

If they need advice with settings or a technical problem, customers can contact the special infoline 800 24 24 77 or use the new interactive Live Assistant service.
