Not long ago, we informed you that Samsung is probably going to restore the past glory of the classic clamshell phones. With the advent of modern touchscreen smartphones, these have been gradually relegated to the background and their use is rather a rarity. However, the South Korean giant would like to change that, and after the release of the first "shell" in June, it is said to be testing another, significantly better model.

It was already clear from the first information leaks that this was not going to be a "wonder". The phone should contain really impressive hardware, which even a classic touch device would not be ashamed of. A double-sided Full HD display with a 4,2" diagonal, a Snapdragon 835 processor, 6 GB of RAM, 64 GB of internal memory and a 12 megapixel camera on the back place the phone in the higher tiers of the hardware range.

Testing is in full swing

According to information from China, the SM-W2018 model is already being tested. The editors of the website have shed light on this Sammobile and found out that the firmware with the number that their sources from China had told them did indeed exist. Unfortunately, however, it is not yet possible to read more from it, and Samsung itself is silent. No wonder, according to the label, the phone will most likely not be introduced until next year, so there is still plenty of time for all the official announcements.

However, there is already active speculation about where the new "cap" will actually be available. Some voices claim that only users in China will receive it. However, some users do not like this and believe that the "cap" will also be purchased in the rest of the world. So let's be surprised by what Samsung will finally throw at us during the presentation.
