It is probably clear to everyone that in recent years various forms of modification of reality with the help of technology have been significantly expanding. Companies like Facebook, HTC or Oculus are trying to establish themselves in the field of virtual reality, the Californian Apple is building its field of activity in the field of augmented reality, and somewhere in between, Microsoft is also trying to create its own product. He described his reality as mixed, but basically nothing extra interesting is different. However, in order for mixed reality from Microsoft to be created, it was necessary to find partners who would start developing special glasses designed for it. And it is precisely this role that the South Korean Samsung, which launched its glasses today, took on introduced.

The design of the headset from Samsung probably won't surprise you, but still, you'd better take a look at it in our gallery. A compatible computer with an operating system is required to use the entire kit Windows 10, which supports reality. The main difference between the "glasses" from Samsung are the panels, which are OLED with a resolution of 2880×1600.

A big advantage of the Samsung Oddyssey set Windows Mixed Reality, as the South Koreans have called their product in collaboration with Microsoft, is a huge field of vision. This reaches 110 degrees, so it is an exaggeration to say that you can really see around the corner. The headset also has integrated AKG headphones and a microphone. Of course, there are also motion controllers, i.e. some kind of controllers in your hands, through which you control reality.

However, if you have slowly started to grind your teeth on the novelty, hold on a little longer. It won't hit store shelves until November 6, but so far only in Brazil, the USA, China, Korea and Hong Kong.
