YouTuber JerryRigEverything performs all sorts of tricks with flagship smartphones of various brands. It usually tests them against scratching, bending and also fire. Other times, he takes them apart down to the last screw and shows the individual components. But here and there he also adjusts them to his own image, and that's exactly what he did with the newest addition to the family Galaxy from Samsung. The YouTuber created a transparent back, thanks to which most of the components in the phone can be seen.

The problem is that a significant portion of the interior is taken up by the wireless charging coil. However, the component is mostly made of plastic and less than half is completely useless. It is thus possible to cut off the unnecessary part, so that the other components can be seen through the transparent back, and the author of the video did it exactly.

He then removed the protective glass for the rear cameras together with the fingerprint sensor from the original back. He used a solvent to remove the paint from the glass. After applying it, he first had to literally scrape the paint off the back, but then it was possible to peel off the laminating layer relatively easily and the back was suddenly clean.

In the end, all that was left was to put the fingerprint sensor and the protective glass for the camera back in place and it was done. In other words, in order for the modified back to stick to the phone, it was still necessary to use narrow double-sided adhesive tape, which you can buy, for example here.

Of course, such an adjustment also brings certain disadvantages. First of all, of course, you lose the warranty. Furthermore, the phone will no longer be waterproof, and eventually you will also need wireless charging, because the internal components would not be visible through it, as it takes up most of the back area.
