If it is on Apple Stores operated by competitors Apple, apart from their design something interesting, the Genius Bar should definitely be mentioned. In short, it is a service in which Apple to its customers in a certain section Apple Stora advises and helps with their problems or projects that customers would like to realize in some way. And the South Korean Samsung would also like to bring similar support to its stores.

The South Korean giant started the whole project with the launch of three support centers, which it opened at WeWork offices in Detroit, Miami and New York. Customers who visit the customer support centers will receive a Samsung employee "at hand" who will help them with all their requests.

The program will be interesting

It remains to be seen whether customers will like the new product. However, Samsung's US retail head Danny Orenstein believes so. According to him, the novelty will help to expand the customer base also thanks to the fact that it will offer people experiences that they would not get anywhere else. For example, one-hour seminars with creative people who will lecture about products and their work with them are planned. Here too, however, Samsung took inspiration, to put it mildly Applem. He has been running similar seminars in his stores for some time and is enjoying solid success with his customers thanks to them.

However, according to available information, the entire project will start rather slowly and will not leave the premises of WeWork at first. They offer Samsung really interesting options for refreshments or places for quiet work, which, unlike Apple, they cannot offer at all in their stores.

Either way, Samsung's initiative to get closer to its customers is quite interesting and certainly welcome. If he manages to get the whole project off the ground at least in the form of a Genius Bar and seminars at Apple, customers have something to look forward to. The doors of possibilities that have been closed until now will be opened wide for them by Samsung.
