According to many users, the new software is incomplete and full of errors. However, if you thought that such things did not apply to Samsung, you are mistaken. Users of the models report after the latest security update Galaxy S8 and S8+ fast charging issues.
In recent weeks, posts from angry users have started to appear more and more frequently on Internet forums, complaining that the new update has practically disabled fast charging. According to some, even charging is so out of tune that it often takes up to an unbelievable six hours. Unfortunately, there is currently no solution to fix the error.
@SamsungSupport GM, My fast charger for me galaxy S8 just stopped working. I now say 5 hours to charge. I went into settings to see it fast charger was still on & it is. Can you help please? Thank you!

According to available information, the South Korean giant has not yet commented on the error, and it is not even certain whether it has started working on its repair. However, since it will most likely be some kind of system banality, its correction in the form of an update can be expected very soon.
