When South Korea's Samsung introduced a new one earlier this year Galaxy S8 and S8+ with Infinity display, a significant number of people were worried about how the whole world would get used to a phone without a classic physical button. However, Samsung thought of exactly this problem during its development and introduced a pressure touch surface in the place where there used to be a physical button. Thanks to it, users could have the feeling that they did not completely lose the classic button.

One would think that Samsung would resort to a similar move in the case of the new one Galaxy A8 and A8+, which he also introduced a few days ago with the Infinity display. However, the instructions for the use of the new "aček" refute this fact. That is, they do not talk at all about the possibility of adjusting the pressure sensitivity on the spot after the physical button. However, the absence of this gadget is undoubtedly a shame. The South Korean giant was able to differentiate its other phones from the competition with this light modification. Instead, however, he made them rather classic"androidy”, for which ordinary software buttons are a fairly typical phenomenon.

At the moment, it is not clear what led Samsung to not use this interesting substitute for a physical button. However, there is speculation about the lack of space that prevented the implementation or the saving of production costs. Either way, the transition from a physical button to a software button will probably be quite uncomfortable for new users, and they will have to get used to the change for a while. However, we are not entirely sure if it is completely happy for a phone starting at 12 crowns.
