When Samsung introduced its smart assistant Bixby last year, it made no secret of the fact that it wanted to make it a great helper for everyday life, which would at least reach the qualities of competing Siri from Apple or Alexa from Amazon. The South Koreans plan to expand their assistant to a wide range of their products, which will perfectly connect thanks to it and create a complete ecosystem similar to that of Apple. So far, however, we have only seen the smart assistant on flagships Galaxy S8, S8+ and Note8. However, that will change this year.

We have already informed you several times from unofficial sources that we could expect the smart assistant Bixby in smart TVs very soon. However, a few days ago, Samsung confirmed its intention officially. US customers should be the first to see Bixby on their smart TVs. An artificial assistant will arrive there already this year. Unfortunately, Samsung did not reveal the other countries or the release dates of the assistant on other televisions. However, they will probably see it in South Korea and China as well.

We'll see how quick Samsung is with launching Bixby on its smart TVs. However, since they are at least not idle with its improvements and are trying to move it to a competitive level as quickly as possible, we could expect its support very soon in our country as well. Hopefully in the near future also in Czech.
