In December, Samsung officially introduced the upgraded Notebook 9 running on the operating system Windows. However, until now we had no idea how much it would cost and when it would go on sale, but that has changed. Yesterday, Samsung revealed details about the pricing and availability of its new laptops. We're probably going to disappoint some of you because the sales start date is only for the United States.

Samsung has announced that the latest generation of its laptops will go on sale on Sunday, February 18. There will be three models on offer, namely the 13-inch Notebook 9 (2018), the 15-inch Notebook 9 (2018) and the Notebook 9 Pen. Prices vary not only from model to model, but also from the chosen configuration.

First of all, we will look at the classic notebook computer Notebook 9, which Samsung has prepared in sizes 13 and 15 inches. It has an eighth-generation Intel processor, 16 GB of RAM and a 1 TB SSD. Inside the 15-inch variant can be an NVIDIA GeForce MX150 graphics card with 2 GB of DDR5 RAM. The 13-inch laptop starts at $1 and the 199,99-inch laptop starts at $15. Customers in the United States can purchase the device either through Samsung's official website or through Amazon.

The next machine on the menu will be the Notebook 9 Pen, which is basically a 2-in-1 device that excels in the ability to bend the screen 360 degrees, so it can turn from a notebook into a tablet in seconds. The heart of the device is an Intel Core i7 processor with support for up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of SSD storage. It also offers an integrated graphics card and a 13-inch Full HD display. The package includes an S Pen, which is included with the phone, among other things Galaxy Note8. In the basic configuration, the Notebook 9 Pen will cost $1 and will also be available on Samsung.com and Amazon.com.

Samsung also unveiled the Notebook 7 Spin (2018) in December. Again, this is a 2-in-1 device that supports the Active Pen, but it is sold separately. It is a cheaper alternative to the Notebook 9 Pen and its price starts at $899,99. It will be available at Best Buy (both brick-and-mortar and online) and Samsung.com.

In December, Samsung also announced the Notebook 7 Spin (2018), which is another 2-in-1 convertible notebook Windowsem. Supports Active Pen, sold separately.
