At the end of this week, Samsung's latest flagship will be rebuilt - Galaxy S9 to Galaxy s9+. It is not so surprising that leaks are increasing in recent days and the device is gradually being revealed to the curious public. Now it's smaller Galaxy The S9 was shown in all its glory in two photos that show its front and back, and once again confirm some of the expected features.

The latest leak Galaxy S9 + another leak from AndroidHeadlines:

Captured Galaxy The S9 comes in Midnight Black, which should be one of the four color variants in which both models will be offered. Another interesting feature is the inscription "Secured by Knox", which is displayed when the device is turned on. However, it is a question whether it is still the same Knox protection as with other phones from Samsung, or whether the South Korean engineers have prepared some special and thus improved protection for the new flagship, which has also earned a new designation when loading the system.

The photo of the back then again confirms the two assumed properties. The first one is that it is smaller Galaxy The S9 will indeed only offer one camera, while the larger variant Galaxy The S9+ should have a dual camera and thus all its advantages that we already know from Galaxy Note8. The second property or the novelty is the relocated fingerprint reader, which is now located under the camera. However, its horizontal orientation is strange, which does not quite correspond to the fact that we use the smartphone primarily in portrait mode. However, we have to wait and see how the reader will work in practice, but Samsung has definitely tested everything and with fingerprint recognition, the sensor probably won't be the only problem.

Apart from this small design change se Galaxy Compared to its predecessor, the S9 will also receive other innovations, which will mainly be software or so-called hidden from the user's view. We should expect smileys using augmented reality (similar to Animoji in iPhone X), live translation from Bixby, an improved camera user interface and truly top-notch performance. Samsung will show us all this during its conference at MWC 2018 in Barcelona this Sunday, February 25.
