The most interesting TV news:

One Invisible Connection
With a range of features aimed at making customers' everyday lives easier, the new QLED TV series brings possibilities that were previously unthinkable. A single new One Invisible Connection cable is enough to connect the TV, external devices and the power outlet. This cable can transmit both data and electricity at the same time, thus ensuring an undisturbed appearance of the device. It is the first ever TV cable that can transmit high-capacity audiovisual data at the speed of light in a single bundle while providing power. Teflon is used for the production of the cable, which is resistant to high temperatures and is known for its durability in many industries. The cable also includes an isolation system that interrupts the supply of electricity if the cable breaks; TV owners can therefore have complete peace of mind, while at the same time increasing the lifespan of the product.

Ambient mode
The perfect appearance of the new TV series is aided by the Ambient mode, which offers added value when customers are not watching TV, making the TV in Ambient mode a real home information center. The Ambient mode recognizes the color and pattern of the wall on which the TV is installed via the mobile app and can adapt the screen to the interior decor, creating an elegant, seemingly transparent screen, and customers will no longer see just a blank black screen when the TV is turned off. The TV can also detect the presence of a person thanks to the integrated motion sensor, which activates the content on the screen and turns it off again when everyone leaves the room. In the future, Ambient mode will also be available informace from weather, traffic, etc.

Smart TV
In addition to new picture quality and design improvements, the 2018 Samsung Smart TV lineup is now even smarter. The Effortless Login function has significantly accelerated the initial Wi-Fi connection and application setup time during initial TV set-up, making the user experience more pleasant.

The use of QLED TVs of the 2018 model series will be further facilitated by the Bixby application, which is an intelligent platform that Samsung launched for the first time on its mobile devices. TVs will be able to understand spoken language and quickly search for content; thanks to machine learning technology, they will continue to learn over time. The Bixby application will be available in the Czech Republic later. Through the new SmartThings app, users can sync their phone Galaxy with the TV set to facilitate its settings, access to functions including the program guide, remote control and video sharing between screens.

Direct Full Array backlighting
Only Q9F TV models will be equipped with Direct Full Array (DFA) contrast technology. A system of precisely controlled LEDs ensures perfectly clear contrast across all shots displayed on the screen.
